I use a variety of modalities to cater to your body’s needs and your treatment goals. From myofascial release techniques to gentle glides for relaxation, I customize my approach for your goals. While I utilize traditional movements from Swedish massage to more technical sports massage, I also work with the energy centers of the body to help clear stuck energy and/or trauma. Relieve muscle tension and headaches. Full body recommended for best results. First timers, 90 minutes is recommended to build rapport and safety of our connection so you can reap the therapeutic rewards.

Scraping therapy, or Gua Sha, is a traditional healing technique that involves using a flat tool to scrape the skin gently in a downward motion, promoting circulation, reducing inflammation, increasing range of motion. Improves skin texture, re-trains the fascia to become more aligned and releases muscle tension on deeper levels. This will not be everyone’s cup of tea but the benefits can be huge. If you’ve tried everything else, this is worth a shot.

Cupping is a beneficial way to draw blood to the surface of the skin, increase circulation and remove toxins. The suction also raises layers of fascia to the surface creating a deep tissue-like effect. I use cupping in tandem with either Deep Tissue massage or Swedish massage.

Soon I will be offering my clients that travel to me hot stones and hot towels! Mobile massage clients – until I find a better way to lug around a microwave sized hot towel heater, these services will be limited to clients traveling to me. Stay tuned!
